HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Inc. provides an interdisciplinary medically directed approach to families who are facing a life-limiting illness. Services are tailored to meet every family's needs on an individualized basis. Patients are encouraged to stay in the warmth and love of their own home. Efficient, loving care is provided by nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, counselors, chaplains, trained volunteers and bereavement specialists.

	Respiratory Care
	Medications
	Durable Medical Equipment

     In the HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Inc. program, patients continue to see their own physician for their medical needs. The Hospice Physician is available to consult with the primary physician for pain and symptom management and to make house calls when necessary.
