You can earn 1 additional EX point if you fill out a Downtime sheet and email it to Scott or hand it directly to him before the next game. This is also the only way you can spend the Experience points you have earned.

If you have earned EX and wish to use it on your Character Sheet you must complete a downtime sheet, the spending of experiance points will not be permited.

Must hand in downtime either through e-mail or on paper, otherwise no XP for it or spending xp.
