Fortunately for all those of us who wish to have a popular house Here goes. I can Guarantee you a listing in the top 20 in JP (Jolly Pines) top 30 in DC (Dragon's Cove) and probably top 20 in BF and EJ.

How can I do this?  It's Simple I have 10 Sim accounts I use and can bring all 10 Sims to your house for a day or two in Jolly Pines. I have done this several times with my own houses not even trying. It's simple you set up a few skill objects or money objects for my Sims to use, and we show up in force stay in your house up to 6 hours a day (More in some cases) and with in 1 - 2 days your house has moved up in the ranks. It Takes a day to bring a house in JP up to top 20 ranking usually and 2 days max. DC takes about 2 days with 6 Sims I bring into your home. Have not done it in EJ (east Jerome) or BF (Blazing Falls) as yet but have 4 Sims in both cities. And will spend 2 - 3 days at it to bring you into the top 20 in those cities as well.

Once you start moving up in the ranks you will have one of the busiest houses in your city. Just by Hiring The Captains Crew we bring you up in the ranks. I have made my house #7 and even #3 at times just by spending a few days making money or Skilling. As a top ranked house you will have lots of Visitors as well as increase the resale value of your home in TSO should you ever want to move to a different location of City.

Fees for this service very and can range from 1 million Simoleans for all 10 sism in JP for a the day (or unstill you make top 20 listing) or even $45.00 real money payable to my paypal account. Top 10 Listing is a bit more difficult but can be done for 2 million Simoleans or $85.00 cash to my pay pal account.

You would be required to have some one in your home and keep it open for a Minimum of 6 hours a day at a predestinated time that all of my accounts would be available for this service. I can slate you for 10am - 4pm EST or 6pm - 12am EST M - F Saturday would be 12:00 noon till 6:00pm. only. No Sundays available as I have other commitments all day Sunday.
